Singer-songwriter-actor Justin Rutledge grew up in the working-class neighbourhood of Junction in Toronto. Justin`s early dreams of becoming a writer stalled in his third year of study at the U or T when he dropped out to focus on his music career. Rutledge`s Bassment debut will feature songs from his first four cd`s as well as tunes from his latest release - Valleyheart.
